Un alivio natural para las nauseas, jengibre…… además de que me encanta me lo recomendó el doctor para aliviar las nauseas, me ha dado muy buen resultado, y con mucho gusto todas las mañanas incluyo en el desayuno un té de jengibre, este fin de semana agregue el jengibre en esta torta de miel y resulto una combinación deliciosa y muy aromática.
Ingredientes:
- 100g de mantequilla
- ¾ tazas (te) de azúcar morena
- ¼ taza (te) de miel
- ½ taza (te) de yogurt natural
- 1 cucharada (te) de bicarbonato de sodio.
- 2 huevos
- 2 ½ tazas (te) de harina
- 2 cucharadas (sopa) de jengibre fresco rallado.
Preparación:
- En una olla lo suficientemente grande para todos los ingredientes, juntamos la mantequilla, el azúcar y la miel, colocamos sobre fuego medio y dejamos que se derrita la manteca, retiramos del fuego y esperamos unos minutos a que la preparación enfrié ligeramente.
- Mezclamos el yogurt con el bicarbonato y lo agregamos a la olla revolviendo con una cuchara de palo, batimos ligeramente los huevos y los agregamos a la mezcla, cernimos la harina con el jengibre y juntamos a la preparación.
- Colocamos en un molde forrado con papel vegetal o uno de silicona y horneamos a 180 grados unos 30 minutos aprox, verificar la cocción con un palito.
- Dejamos enfriar en el molde unos 10 minutos y después lo retiramos.
